1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Adnove Ultimate ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use and access the Service for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or software
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Adnove Ultimate. We claim no ownership over your videos, scripts, or assets. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Adnove Ultimate uses advanced AI models to generate avatars, scripts, and videos. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually correct, legally compliant, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not generated more than 5 videos. Enterprise customers are subject to custom billing terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adnove Ultimate or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Adnove Ultimate or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Modifications

Adnove Ultimate may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
