1. Legal Framework & CNDP Compliance
Adnove complies with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data overseen by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de Contrôle de la Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel), as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for our European Union clients.
2. Data We Collect & Purpose of Processing
- Account Information: Name, professional email address, company name, ICE identifier, and phone number required for account management and fiscal billing.
- Property Media & Data: Listing URLs, property photos, specifications, and pricing data submitted to the AI Ad Engine solely for generating your marketing assets.
- Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, and diagnostic error reports used strictly to ensure platform security, prevent abuse, and maintain 99.9% SLA uptime.
3. JO AI Assistant
When you use JO, the text you submit and any files or voice recordings you choose to attach are sent to Google Gemini to generate a response. Adnove does not save a JO conversation in your account. Google processes those inputs under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, or payment-card details through JO.
4. Cookie Preferences & Consent Management
We operate a Consent Management Platform compliant with Law 09-08 and GDPR. You can accept or reject non-essential analytics cookies at any time via our Cookie Banner. Session diagnostic tools (such as LogRocket) are strictly disabled whenever non-essential cookies are rejected.
5. Your Data Subject Rights
In accordance with Law 09-08, you possess the right to access, rectify, and oppose the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights or request permanent deletion of your account and generated media assets, contact our Data Protection Officer:
