Terms of Service & Commercial Agreement
Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to or using the Adnove AI Real Estate Marketing Platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by this legal agreement.
1. Company Identification & Commercial Jurisdiction
The platform Adnove (adnove.com) is operated under Moroccan commercial law. Registered Commercial Identifiers:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca, Morocco.
2. Services & Monthly Video Credit Allocations
Adnove provides automated AI property video generation, web scraping analysis, multilingual voiceover synthesis, and advertising campaign delivery.

3. Billing, Currency, and Fiscal Invoicing
All subscriptions are billed securely via Stripe (Credit Card) or Moroccan Direct Bank Transfer (Virement Bancaire).
- Base Currency: All transactions are executed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Displayed USD and EUR figures are indicative approximations.
- Official Fiscal Invoices: Definitive DGI-compliant invoices with 20% TVA and client ICE numbers are issued automatically upon confirmed payment.
- Annual Discount: Annual subscriptions receive an immediate 20% discount (equivalent to 10 billing months for 12 months of service).
4. Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
Adnove provides a transparent 14-day refund window under the following conditions:
- Trial Period: Request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial plan purchase.
- Fair Consumption Rule: A 100% full refund is issued if no more than 1 video credit has been consumed during the billing cycle.
- Technical Defect: If rendering fails due to platform outages and cannot be remedied within 48 hours, full prorated credits or refunds are granted.
- Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA 99.9%)
Adnove guarantees 99.9% monthly availability for rendering clusters and core APIs. In the event of unscheduled downtime exceeding the allowed SLA margin in any given month, affected enterprise accounts shall receive service credits proportional to the downtime duration.
